About Ann Wilkinson

A resident of Millbrook for over 40 years, Ann has been a full-time Realtor® with H. W. Guernsey Realtors® for 34 years and became an Associate Broker in 1994. She has extensive experience in the area and is known for her dedication, loyalty, and integrity. Her client base extends from New York to Europe and Hong Kong. She enjoys helping clients with everything they need to know about real estate transactions such as agricultural and forestry exemptions or land conservation.

With her in-depth knowledge of the area, Ann also enjoys introducing newcomers to all the amenities Duchess county offers - restaurants, services, and recreation. Raised in Chicago, Ann attended the University of Fribourg in Switzerland and graduated from St. Louis University. Her diverse employment history includes positions such as head coordinator at a translation and interpreting service, an assistant at a prominent international art gallery, and seven years as an administrative assistant at two thoroughbred breeding farms.

For many years she bred and raised horses and dogs on her own farm. In her spare time, Ann is an avid skier, tennis player, gardener, and photographer. In all matters pertaining to Duchess County real estate whether it is fine country homes or working farms, Ann offers expertise, experience, and excellence.
